It turned out to be more work than originally thought, which blew the budget a bit, but John kept me completely up to date, the whole way through and gave me options. Whilst he was doing this job for me, the roof started to leak too. John fixed that quick smart. This was a rental, and the tenant is a bit sensitive. John handled the situation with diplomacy and respect.
