Using an independent building project manager ensures that your interests come first. Your project manager is there to be you but with the technical knowledge and experience.
Pre start services - Selecting the design team, working through Building Consent issues, tendering and selecting subcontractors, drafting up the contract and agreeing a programme.
Post contract – Administer the contract, resolving design or build issues, quality control, Code Compliance obligations, programming and cost monitoring.
