Renovation

The below project included two bathroom renovations, a new kitchen & garage, along with the install of underground water tanks. CN Build project managed the renovation organise all sub contractors & finalising the code of compliance with council.

New build

CN Build was commissioned to assist in the build of a minor dwelling situated at the rear of our clients family home. The brief was to design a home that was modern yet functional for a rental property. The scope of works involved engaging the architect to design the home, submission to council for consent & building the property through to obtaining code of compliance ahead of hand over. Using our trusted team of sub contractors the brief was nailed.

Villa Renovation

This extensive villa renovation included a full re-build from ground up to the rear of the home & a full interior overhaul from the kitchen, to bathrooms, laundry & bedrooms.

Villa Restoration

Following the renovation of our clients Kingsland villa, they decided to take on a new challenge & restore another period home. At over 100 years old the structural bones were still mostly in good condition. CN Build undertook a new rear extension, full re-pile & interior overhaul, as well as the addition of a new carport. Special consideration was taken to incorporate some of the older period features into the restoration.

Meadowbank Extension

This extension to the existing home was undertaken to create a new kitchen, dining & living areas, along side an extensive outdoor entertaining area. The remainder of the home was refreshed with new bathrooms, bedrooms upgraded & the exterior re-painted. Structural steel was a big part of the extension creating the open plan living area with high ceilings.
