*** Avoid this tradesman **** Brent asked for a 50% deposit up front, and then after completing 30% of the work, asked for a further 40% to pay for the concrete. He then repeatedly postponed the concrete pour, and tried to cut corners like omitting steel mesh. We both agreed to end the contract and Brent was to refund the overpaid amount. Brent then avoided all contact and has been almost impossible to contact. He continues to owe us money, and avoid our calls, texts and messages. AVOID.
