We have a big team of capable productive personnel's which can cater to a small build or a big build.
It starts from the management team first, then to our frontline personnel's.

Our Commercial sector has been heavily involved in the building of new Apartment blocks in the CBD/School re-builds and the Commercial Civil infrastructure...Excelling in General Carpentry/Finishing lines and Foundation Form-work.
We have personnel's onsite on various sites in Auckland – from a 2 man unit to 12 men unit at times.
We work closely with Scarbros/Lawton Brothers/Onsite Projects – supplying them with Leading-hands/Carpenters and Hammer-hands.

We have our own in-house Architect/draughtman, whom execute Clients drawings and lodgement of the consent process, from garages to new Houses.
Reno/Extensions/Garages/New Dwellings/Retaining walls/Fences/Block-walls/Brick clad/Weatherboard clad/Decks/Carports/Sheds and Full new house builds & Project Management.
We Supply Materials and Labour or just Labour Only.
We manage builds from the start – Excavation with Diggers and Trucks/Foundation works/Full house build/own Inspections and handover with all required Council sign off memorandums.
We have also our own sub-trades-(Electrician-Blockies-Bricklayers-Waterproofers-Roofers), whom are all L.B.P in their respective trades as part of the Commres Umbrella.
Commres are happy to provide you with past and current Clients/Engineers as a reference if needed.

Unfortunately I was given inexperienced hammer hands for a large pool of guys that work for Commres. I put up with them because they did a lot of laboring work also. Had to continually monitor them. Since they have gone we are finding things not done the best like walls out of square. I have been building for 48 years so do know what building is all about

Thanks to Commres Contractors!!! Had some minor issues during construction and some delays which are pretty normal but overall I am satisfied with the result of the job. Communication was exceptional. Definitely would recommend. Good luck to your future projects!
