Avi is fantastic!. Bought my new oven yesterday and desperate to get it installed before Christmas. Avi responded quickly and was around in 2 hours!!! Its Sunday! Even took old oven away for me! Also there was a problem with fan after he had gone. We both thought a warranty issue (turned out correctly) but he insisted on coming back to make sure it was safe.
