We recently noticed a dripping that appears to be coming from within the wall when it rains. There’s no sign of water damage but a definite dripping within the wall. Doesn’t appear to be a plumbing issue so maybe a leak? It’s an older house (60s) with a flat roof. We are keen to find the problem asap!
