Balcony deck removal and re-cladding

Removal of a balcony and re-cladding the exterior to restore water tightness. We have an old balcony that is now compromised and needs to be removed, and the exterior of the house finished to standard to restore weather tightness. See pictures. Balcony is 4-5 metres above ground level but there is walking access down the side of the house.

Nic was great in terms of commucation, cleanliness and being considerate when needing access through the house, including the use of drop sheets. Would not hesitate to get him on a job again if I need it. Very well organised and setting a high standard for his industry.
