The specific recommendations include: - Make sure apron flashing is correctly in place, and also ensure wind isn’t blowing the water under that flashing - Make sure windows are well sealed and the correct flashings are in place Due to the nature of this work we are looking for someone who can complete this work in the coming months without significant delay or lead in time. The house is cedar weatherboards with concrete tile roofing.

Great advice and explanation of exact work required and has resolved issue. Quick communication beforehand and able to book in job with very little lead in time. Job took slightly longer than expected and communication about this could have been better but wasn't a major inconvenience.
