Flooding during heavy rain

After the heavy rain last night I have flooding under the house in the workshop and garage and I am unable to ascertain where the water is getting into the building. It is concrete base with concrete walls. In the photos it has already drained away quite considerably, it was about a cm deep this morning. The area shown does not back on to the wall of the house, so I am sure it is not as simple as the exterior moisture barrier being compromised, but I need someone who can assess just where the water is coming in and what remedial work is needed.
