laundry/basement leak
Job description
we have an old bungalow home that still has it's laundry located at the side of the house. this laundry area is below ground level by about 30-60cm. with the recent weather/rain the area has started show some signs of storm water coming into the corners of the room. as the laundry is also beside a deck the water from the deck is seeping on the floor boards and is starting to drip from the ceiling of the laundry. there is also a storm water drain inside the laundry room, but the ceramic pipe has broken and needs to be replaced. need someone to quote the work that needs to be done, would like a temporary 3 years fix as we are planning to demolish this area during that time so there is no point spending a lot of money.
