Potential Leaking Shower Investigation

When we purchased our home a few months ago, our building inspection report detected high moisture readings near the base of the shower (location shown in images). The report noted a possible leak in the shower tray and recommended more detailed inspection of the possible leak. We would like a builder to inspect this issue with additional moisture readings and intrusive investigations (can remove some tiles) to understand: 1) whether there is a leak 2) what the extent of water damage is 3) recommend next steps and provide a quote for any repair work.
