Installers have tried to cut the feet of the heat pump with a saw and then cut right through the customer's waterproof deck. They did attempt to fix this buy adding a bit of silicon however as the silicon dried the crack was repaired and now water has seeped in and over time damaged the customer's kitchen ceiling. What we need is to Waterproof the cut on the deck
