We have a small area of tiled roof that is leaking water, in particularly rainy/windy weather. This is causing a drip onto an internal ceiling below. We need someone who can look at the tiled and surrounding area, test/assess where the leak is coming from, and fix it. There is also a deck over the area in question but after testing with a tarpaulin in heavy weather, it appears to be an issue in the tiled roof area. But a tiler has already identified that there are no issues with tile cracks. So ideally the tradesperson is a watertightness expert, possibly with general building skills in case it is not just an issue with tiling - e.g. water coming in from somewhere else. House is cedar/brick and is well built/weathertight aside from this isolated issue.

Very honest, on time, made a smart diagnosis of the building problem, did exactly what he said he'd do, and performed a high quality job. Would recommend to friends and family. Thanks Mike!
