Weather exposed deck on top floor (no roof) has Trafficguard that needs to be resealed immediately. Open to other options instead of redoing traffic guard. Really need to get this sorted ASAP while the weather is good. Also has a small leak (unrelated where deck joins the house) that needs to be fixed. Likely needs small door removed to stop water blowing in when it's really windy/raining.
