Leaking shower door

The shower has two glass sides and the normal Formica two side backing. It is leaking near the door hinge and running out on to the floor. The original instal doesn't look square from the outset that may be contributing to this. Water is running out through this gap on to the outside of the tray and on to the floor, damaging it and the near side wall
