Basement leak
Job description
We appear to have a leak coming through to our basement particleboard floor boards from under an internal framed GIB wall between the developed and undeveloped basement areas. The area is supposed to be waterproofed, I believe the heavier rain we had a few months ago may have caused the issue. Looking for quotes and indicative time frame to fix issue, and replace flooring where required.
