Flashing done for a outdoor roof that has a small leak

I just installed a outdoor roof to an existing main roof and there is a slight leak i need a flashing done- i hAve 2 properties that need similar flashings one in mangere and one in Manurewa

This company did my job and charged $500 it didn't fix it in any way it's still leaking. Shocking communication and avoided dealing with me. A complete fail and I dont know why they are on here.

"Dear Moana,
The job was $370incl gst.
Before the job was accepted clearly described that the under lying cause of your leak was the pitch of the substrate was inadequate and your company should rebuild the substrate with a higher pitch. We offered to try and install a E2 flashing to help stop the water tracking back and stated that this was unlikely to resolve the issue. You then called abusing us to fix the issue immediately with an unreasonable time frame.
