Apply butynol (or similar) membrane to existing deck, structural remedials will be completed (by others) and a new ply substrate fitted and detailed to manufacturers specification. Approx size is 5000mm X 3000mm, there are 3 internal corners (corner of house, and inset for ranchslider) and three external corners (other corner of house and inset for ranchslider) as well as a door sill (for ranchslider) and drip edge. House is clad in brick and recess will be formed for lapping into (by others)
