Our down stairs area has flooded twice in a few weeks. We had a plumbing company out to investigate only to be told they don't do drainage....$100 please. NO investigation was done by that tradesman. Today we did some investigation of our own...found an area of ground against the basement wall that had eroded underneath the ground...only took a garden stake to find this. We then turned the hose on gently and let it fill the hole. Twenty minutes later I could see water 'bleeding' through the brick wall inside the house. Any one able to give us some advice please? Can tanking or waterproofing the inside wall resolve our problem?

Great staff...everything was explained to us so that we fully understood the full process and next step. An extremely messy job to do but the clean up was excellent. Would highly recommend Ben Yeatman and his team.
