Waterproofing basement blocks and concrete floor

We are converting a basement into a self contain unit. The block work walls and concrete floors need waterproofing. Unsure if there is any existing waterproofing on the onside of the block work hence why we want to put waterproofing down to make it stays dry. After quotes please for product that can be applied from the inside before we still framing. Attached is a image of the floor plan for measurements. Note we only need waterproofing on the left and back wall of this image as these ones are below ground level
