Waterproof area around bathtub & wall .

Mains water leak

Got a leak in the pipework between the water meter and the house, i have everything turned off in the house and the 1 liter dial is still turning on the water meter...... The meter is just outside the boundry fence and the house is around 10 meters away from the meter. I have got under the house and checked all the pipework for leaks (checked pipework for wetness or drips, listening for sounds and or noises also checked the dusty dirt ground for wetness or puddles) never found anything. need...

Vent hole waterproofing

We have water ingress into one piece of framing at a vent in our roof space. The other timber around it is dry. It looks like the water must be coming in at the vent, as indicated in the picture. The job is to locate and fix the water ingress. We don't need the framing replaced at this point. The house cladding is plaster on hardie board. External access is difficult and is shown in the pictures.
