Hi, I am writing to check if you could help with re-patch a torch-down membrane? A section of the membrane was cut previously which causes water ingression during rainy days.

I would highly recommend Ground Up Waterproofing Systems. I had Torch-on waterproofing membrane installed and they did a fantastic job. Super fast communication, very friendly people. Very very good price. They are also fully insured as well as fully licensed membrane installer by the membrane manufacture.
