Job description

Membrane Waterproofing
Auckland

Hi There, We have sold our house, moving in 3.5x weeks and are wanting to fix an area on our top deck which is allowing water into a wall below the deck in our home, before moving. Our building inspector who we got in independently to look at the potential purchaser query said: Membrane flashing is loose and has been incorrectly installed, requires further investigation/repair/improving. As a result of the above the below variation was included in our Sale and Purchase agreement. To adhere to our variation on the sale of the house we need to simply meet this clause : 'The vendor commits to having necessary repairs completed to the decking on the upper floor specifically flashing. Such repairs shall be completed by a qualified professional, at the vendors cost, prior to settlement. The vendor agrees to provide associated recei --- statements. If available to quote and complete this job in the required time frame (asap would be ideal) please get in touch with myself at your earliest convenience that would be great. If I miss your call, please do send a text and i'll reply asap. Thank you. Troy
