My office concrete block wall is on the property's boundary & parallel with neighbour 's garage. Circa 140 mm gap between the 2 for circa 2 metres. In heavy rain moisture leaks into my office from between the bottom of my concrete block wall & the concrete floor pad below. This is all dry now but I want to waterproof this over next few weeks so that it does not reoccur.
