Possible Damp Issues - Fee Quote Needed

We are based in Hart Road Hauraki, Auckland. We have a house that has possible damp/mold issues. Need someone to inspect and provide a quote. There is a basement that has a very strong damp/mold smell andin one of the bedrooms it feels like the carpet is damp as well. There may be an issue with the plumbing as the drain outside fills up when someone has a shower or uses the washing machine. This is a very old home as well. We have just moved in and we would like someone to come through the house and provide us with a quote if they can see that there are some issues with damp etc.
