Hi, i have a leak at the corner on my garage ceiling from the roof, above the garage is the iron roof, not sure how the water got in, i have opened a hole in the ceiling and part of the timbers are pretty wet and two of them have already rotten, just needed someone specialised in leaky roof to come in and have a look at it for me. Thanks.
