Waterproof my upstairs balcony
Job description
We have a two-story house with small balconies, one of which is rotting badly due to poor design of the water run off - but also bad waterproofing. We have had roofers and lead people look at the job first - they have recommended a builder to look at waterproofing and possibly reducing the size of the deck first before they can assist with some lead dressing. We would love to be able to attack this before winter if possible.

Reuben and Simon were amazing to deal with from the outset and I can't recommend them highly enough. On-site they were incredibly respectful of our property - always cleaning up and keeping things neat and tidy. The workmanship was top rate and their communication was excellent.
