Deck and waterproofing repair

Attached garage has a small leak from the deck above. There are also some rotten weatherboards that need replacing at the bottom of the walls of the deck. Job would be to remove the deck, determine the leak, hopefully an easy fix or patch, perhaps re-lay the waterproofing, not sure, also look at the upstand on the edges and maybe make them higher?? Replace the weatherboards and re-lay the deck.
