1. Waterproofing Membrane for two bathroom wet areas, each 1.84m x 3.5m. 2. Photos of rooms, and waterproofing Details attached 3. Summary of work required follows: Bathroom 1 = 16m2 of membrane - Floor Area to be waterproofed: = 7.3m2, This includes entire floor area, along with waterproofing up the wall by a minimum of 75mm, and waterstop at door. - Shower enclosure Walls to be waterproofed: = 9.m2. This covers 3.5m of wall, to a height of 2.5m excluding window glass, BUT INCLUDING the windowsill/Jambs as per waterproofing detail provided. Bathroom 2 = 18.8m2 of membrane. - Floor Area to be waterproofed: = 7.3m2, This includes entire floor area, along with waterproofing up the wall by a minimum of 75mm, and waterstop at door. - Wet Area enclosure Walls to be waterproofed: = 11.5 m2. This covers 5.2m of wall, less window glass but including windowsill/jam a height of 2.5m. AND the windowsill as per waterproofing detail provided.

Really happy with Tony, both professional and helpful. Did the job when agreed, turned up on time most days, the one day something came up he was late he text me in advance to let me know. When I ran a flood test for council a couple of weeks after he left English is Ok for simple conversation, but as it is a second language it clear communication requires a bit of work. That said when I ran a flood test for council a couple of weeks later, and had questions his response was fast and helpful.
