Toilet pan connector and noisy tap

Two jobs need to be done at the location on Coulter Road, Swanson, about 6.5 km from PAK'nSAVE Lincoln Road in Henderson: 1. The old-style side-discharging toilet is leaking at the pipe connector. I would like the old copper connector to be replaced with a plastic/rubber toilet pan connector if possible. 2. The cold water tap on the sink makes a loud whistling noise when turned on.
