Subsoil drainage system and waterproofing foundation

I need a subsoil drainage system around my house at back and sides. This will involve digging to foundation level, waterproofing the external walls and concrete cutting around the sides of the house. Then installing a subsoil drainage system which connects to the stormwater pipes. There is a deck at the back of the house and some of it will need to be removed so the digging can be done.
