Blocked drains, smelly waste

I suspect there is a blockage in a drain, and a possible leak. Smelly water under the house, and drain by the front door is visibly blocked with what looks like toilet waste. Horrible smell.

Ben gave me a good summary of my issue on a Saturday evening to set my mind at ease, and turned up bright and early Monday morning to sort out my drains. Cleared them in no time, and talked me through everything he found as well as letting me know what I should do next. Brilliant service, great bloke!
