Stop water leaking into our garage

Our detached backyard garage has experienced water leaks through the back wall twice in the past five years. The ground level outside this wall is approximately knee-high. Currently, leaves are clogging the garage's gutters, likely contributing to excess water runoff onto the soil near the wall. We will be cleaning the roof gutters this week. To address the leaking, we'd like to install a new drainage system along the back of the garage.

Drain keeps blocking - possible broken drain and-or tree roots - repair-replace

My drain keeps blocking - possible broken drain and-or tree roots (near a tree). Only moved in to the house at the start of December and started happening immediately. Had drain inspection in a couple of times and they have successfully unblocked. They have located the area that is the culprit and marked it out. I need someone to dig down and repair/replace section. Was told it's about 1m underground (it's all marked out) Need a quote thanks. House from the 1970s. Reasonable slope of drain...
