New channel drain/slot drain, or another alternative.

French type drain installation

Uncertain stormwater drainage

Noticed that carpet had become moldy under a rubber play matt in the family room. Lifted carpet and found the concrete underneath felt damp and mold on the underlay. Home built in 1971 and I suspect that water is now seeping up. LIM plans don't give a clear idea of where stormwater pipes are. The house is not connected directly to stormwater system. Looking to map out where pipes are and make sure it's not a leak that is causing the damp problem.
