We have two outside drains, one of which appears to be blocked and/or poorly draining. It caused significant flooding during the recent rain. Another contributing factor is a gutter downpipe that is not flowing into the drain it should be, instead it is pouring onto a path that leads to the blocked drain. We would like to find out what work needs to be done to fix these issues to prevent the flooding in future.
