Stormwater pipe from house to street needs replaced asap please

I need the pipe which connects my gutter down-pipe to the city stormwater to be replaced asap please. About this time last year a plumber conducted details tests including using a camera. He identified that the pipe is clogged with roots and needs replaced. I've been waiting for most of a year for a quote and date - so now looking elsewhere. The pipe must only be a couple of meters long as my home is close to the street. The offending tree has been removed so it will hopefully be a quick and easy job. I need this done asap as I need to plant a hedge in this area by mid-Feb. Interested in hearing from anyone with the skills who is able to squeeze this job in. Can wait a bit longer if necessary, but keen to get it done asap please. Hoping it's quick to do. Happy to provide unskilled manual labor to assist with digging the trench.
