Unblocking of outside drain

Needing an outside drain to be unblocked. Looks to be connected to the washing machine and kitchen sink. Has been filling up and over flowing and sometimes the kitchen sink is very slow to drain too. We've used caustic soda a few times which has temporarily improved it but I assume it just needs a deeper clean.
