Unblock drain

The drain outside where our laundry and kitchen drain into is currently blocked. It is draining very slowly. A couple of weeks ago I put some draino down it and it fixed it but now blocked up again. There was quite a bit of fatty matter floating in the water. I need someone to come around and unblock it, likely to be an easy job, but I am not able to do it currently as I am injured. Just want a quick and easy job until I can look at in closer detail when I have recovered.
