Damp Walls

There has been a flood in the area from blocked drains approx 6 months ago around one of the bedrooms of the property i recently bought.

Higher than normal moisture readings were indicated on the walls in that area.

Moisture staining was detected on the timber framing beneath the bedroom.

Looking for suitable tradesmen to investigate further to locate the moisture and repair as necessary.
