Bathroom extractor fan #2

I need a bathroom extractor fan installed. The 1970s bathroom is enclosed by an add-on garage, and the house has a flat roof. The fan would either need to be ducted to the outside of the garage, or through the roof. I've attached a photo of the bathroom from the inside and also from the garage for context.

Bathroom extractor fan replacement

Hi, I am looking to have my bathroom extractor fan replaced. It is not very effective, and has recently started tripping the RCD. I don't know how old it is, it has been in the house since I bought it. My current one has a heat lamp in it. The new one doesn't need a heat lamp, I am not looking for anything fancy, just one that gets the job done.

HRV Unit not working

Equal pressure ventilation

We require someone to supply and install equal pressure ventilation system in a newbuild. The tricky part is that it will likely have to be underneath the house as we do not have any roof cavity (but this can be discussed as we can possibly recess ceiling in the hall area).

We just purchased a 9yr old house that doesn't have ventilation in two bathrooms. The problem we have is the house is two storied so many companies are either giving us large quotes because they have to include scaffolding work or they don't want to do it.
