We just purchased a 9yr old house that doesn't have ventilation in two bathrooms. The problem we have is the house is two storied so many companies are either giving us large quotes because they have to include scaffolding work or they don't want to do it. We think scaffolding is crazy for just installing two fans. We just want to see if there's some sort of solution to get ventilation in the bathrooms. We have some roof space above and large windows in these bathrooms. We also need a heatpump installed in the lounge if you do these as well.
