I need Extractor Fans installed in my rental unit's kitchen and bathroom. Both extractor fans must vent air via ducting to the outside of the unit. Kitchen: The extractor fan must have a minimum diameter (including ducting) of 150mm or an exhaust capacity of at least 50 litres per second. Bathroom: The extractor fan must have a minimum diameter (including ducting) of 120mm or an exhaust capacity of at least 25 litres per second. I will need the details of the of the fan diameters, ducting and flowrate in writing so that I can show that they are compliant with the healthy homes ventilation standard.

Avishes Verma of Exotic Electrical did a fantastic job installing everything needed to properly ventilate my unit to bring it up to standard with Healthy Homes requirements. Avi the owner/operator was clearly very skilled and professional in his work, and his communications with me were excellent. I also thought that the cost of the job was very reasonable. I have no hesitation in recommending Avi and Exotic Electrical to anyone. Kevin Browne
