Ventillation and/or heat transfer system installation

Interested in installation of ventilation system possibly heat transfer system. 2 storey free-standing 4-bedroom house in new subdivision. There are 2 heat pumps - one in lounge downstairs and one in bedroom upstairs but both are failing to sufficiently heat up the rooms in winter.

Exhaust Duct Repair

It seems like our exhaust duct may have a tear or have come apart or something similar.... everytime we use the kitchen exhaust there is a strong smell of food / cooking in our bathroom. We had the duct replaced about a year back because of the same issue and seemed to resolve but doesn't seem they did a good job as the smell is back. Need help checking, fixing and resolving this issue.

2 shower roomls needing ventilation

2 shower rooms currently with no fan extraction. I want to add in line fans to both. Downstairs, the ducting would need to go up before popping outside through board and batten cladding under the soffits. Upstairs, the fan will vent out through coloursteel roofing.

Ventilation system panel repair

1. The panel shows an error for roof temperature. 2. Temperature indicated seems to be 2-3 degrees lower than the actual temperature I don’t know the brand of the system. There is no logo anywhere in the panel.

Shower Vent & Light put back in place.

We took the cover off the shower vent to give it a clean, now we can't get it back on. And the duct piping has come off the fan from the back. It has no attic access, and we aren't able to clip it back onto the fan. We think it may need replacing, or someone who knows how to put it back in place. The photo is of how it should look, but isn't actually connected to the pipe inside the ceiling.

Clean and remove nest from kitchen extractor fan

We have had bird nesting in our extractor fan because there isn't a covering on the outside of the house. We would like the best removed and a new cover attached.

Laundry ventilation install\Water Tank install

I have several small jobs that require someone with a variety of hole saws 1) install 100m laundry ventilation tubing through wall behind dryer. (possibly through tile on the inside and brick on the outside, maybe can avoid the tile and do through plasterboard?) 2) I have a water tank that I need 2 holes drilled for - A)32mm for level sensor B)89mm for outflow, the plumbing for this will be completed at a later stage, I just need the holes for now
