We would like to install and connect a bathroom extractor fan. Ideally in the top corner of the bathroom. There is currently no extractor fan at all and only one lightswitch. The roof has no roof cavity and has 2 connecting external walls. We would like a separate switch installed so lights can be turned on alone. Also we would like to install a new set of lights. The current ones flicker and are rusted.
