Stove hood extraction fan issue

the extraction hood over the stove makes a bit of a screech noise when turned on. Looks like mice may have chewed into the ducting and bits have fallen into fan. need fan fixed and ducting replaced.

Extractor fan not extracting air in the bathroom

And other ceiling structure may not be sprayed with bleach Correct water barriers need to be applied to the repaired ceiling that will need a part replacement. If not qualified any roofer and plumber's can be engaged if this is found to be the problem.
