Healthy Homes - kitchen rangehood and bathroom extractor fan installed

I am in need of kitchen range hood and bathroom extractor fan supplied and installed. The flat is a downstairs flat so no ceiling access possible. Exterior walls are concrete block. I am happy to supply rangehood and fan but am looking for guidance around the type, especially with bathroom with no ceiling access
