want to change existing dvs system (has ducting) to a heating system

We installed a DVS system, but it makes the rooms too cold in winter and it's no use in summer because the roof air is too hot. We want to use the existing ducting and make it a heating/aircon ducted system. Hoping someone can do this Job? Thanks
