Subfloor vents

We need a number of exterior breathing vents cut into our 90sqm brick stucco home for the sub floor. Raised concrete pathways have covered in most of the existing vents. Need to have masonry expertise and stucco finishing to blend with existing wall annd sealing off the existing vents. Open to suggestions for vent finishing/vent coverings.
