Fan Ducting
Job description
The rental property has 3 extraction working fans that were installed before 2019. They all extract only to the roof cavity. This job is to: 1 supply & install outlet vents in the eaves and 2 supply & install ducting between the fans and the above outlet vents. 3 supply evidence that the work has been done suitably such that a Healthy Homes inspector does not to have to revisit. Other houses in the same gated community have their vents in the eaves rather than through the roof and we just want to copy that. One is a kitchen rangehood - about 8m from the eave where we want the outlet And two are bathrooms that are on the same side as the eave, so 1-2m of ducting only. As far as I can see no electrical work is required - just ducting. A Healthy Homes inspection has been done and the report said nothing about the fans so assume fans themselves are ok

Comms a bit slow at the quoting stage. Tigerworks thoiught I had cancelled the job but I hadn't. Coms Improved after that.
