Ventilation system - 2 Storey house

Hi, looking to get a quote for a heat recovery ventilation system installed. Smart-vent or a similar system. Important feature required is the hot air extraction (also known as summer mode) to get the hot indoor air out and allow cool fresh air in (prefer fresh outdoor air, not from the roof space if this is an option.). 2 Storey home. Plans attached for reference. Not sure how to get airports downstairs, might need a different system downstairs? Let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks
